| Financial Responsibilities Hillsborough County Nursing Home is fully Accredited by both the New Hampshire Medicaid and the Federal Medicare Programs. Our 300 bed facility is dually certified and licensed, meaning that Medicare and Medicaid residents can be accommodated anywhere within our facility. (We prefer to have those residents receiving skilled nursing services grouped on a specialized unit.) Hillsborough County Nursing Home currently works with Managed Care Organizations including Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Bankers Life and Casualty, and Aetna. We also accept self-paying residents. |
Our daily room rates are all inclusive rates. This rate covers twenty-four hour nursing care, meals, utilities, and over the counter" needs such as toothbrushes, soap, tissues, etc. Ancillary services that are provided in our facility and billed directly to your insurance include therapy, medical/surgical supplies, hospice services, medications, and physician visits (if you use our staff physician/Medical Director). The business office will bill your primary and secondary insurance companies. They will answer any questions that you may have regarding your insurance coverage.
